Awards
TxCRLA is supportive of its members’ endeavors for professional growth and honors those who have made significant contributions to their professions. Three awards specific to TxCRLA have been established in order to single out those members whose efforts warrant recognition: The Gladys R. Shaw Professional Development Award, the Ann B. Faulkner Professional Development Award, and the Developmental Educator of the Year Award.
The CASP Lifetime Achievement Award is presented annually at the CASP Conference. This award is presented jointly by TxCRLA and the Texas Association of Developmental Education.
